Leviticus 3

And if his offering is a sacrifice of well-being, if he presents it from the herd — whether male or female, without blemish he shall present it before the LORD.

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering and slaughter it at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and the sons of Aaron the priests shall dash the blood against the altar on all sides.

And he shall present from the sacrifice of well-being a food offering to the LORD: the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat that is upon the entrails.

and the two kidneys and the fat that is upon them, which is upon the loins, and the lobe that is upon the liver — upon the kidneys he shall remove it.

And the sons of Aaron shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt offering that is on the wood that is on the fire, as a food gift, a soothing aroma to the LORD.

And if his offering for a sacrifice of well-being to the LORD is from the flock, male or female, without blemish he shall present it.

If a sheep is what he presents for his offering, he shall present it before the LORD.

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering and slaughter it before the tent of meeting, and the sons of Aaron shall dash its blood against the altar on all sides.

And he shall present from the sacrifice of well-being a food gift to the LORD — its fat, the whole fat tail he shall remove close to the backbone, and the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails.

and the two kidneys and the fat that is upon them, which is upon the loins, and the lobe that is upon the liver — upon the kidneys he shall remove it.

And the priest shall burn it on the altar — food, a food offering to the LORD.

And if his offering is a goat, he shall present it before the LORD.

And he shall lay his hand upon its head and slaughter it before the Tent of Meeting, and the sons of Aaron shall dash its blood against the altar all around.

And he shall present from it his offering, a food offering to the LORD: the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat that is upon the entrails.

and the two kidneys and the fat that is upon them, which is upon the loins, and the lobe that is upon the liver — upon the kidneys he shall remove it.

And the priest shall burn them on the altar as food, a food gift, a soothing aroma — all the fat belongs to the LORD.

It is an enduring statute throughout your generations, in all your dwelling places: you shall eat neither any fat nor any blood.
