Exodus 39
And from the blue and the purple and the crimson of the worm they made woven garments for ministering in the sanctuary, and they made the holy garments that were for Aaron, just as the LORD commanded Moses.
And he made the ephod of gold, blue and purple and crimson of the worm and fine linen twisted.
And they beat out sheets of gold and cut them into threads to work them into the blue and into the purple and into the crimson of the worm and into the fine linen — the work of a designer.
Shoulder-pieces they made for it, joined together — at its two ends it was joined.
And the woven band of its ephod that was upon it was of one piece with it, of its same workmanship — gold, blue and purple and crimson of the worm and fine linen twisted, just as the LORD commanded Moses.
And they made the onyx stones, enclosed in settings of gold filigree, engraved like the engravings of a signet, according to the names of the sons of Israel.
And he set them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
And he made the breastpiece, in skilled work, like the work of the ephod, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarn and fine twisted linen.
It was square; they made the breastpiece doubled, a span its length and a span its width when doubled.
And they set in it four rows of stones. A row of sardius, topaz, and carbuncle was the first row.
And the second row: a carbuncle, a sapphire, and a diamond.
And the third row: a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst.
And the fourth row: a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper — enclosed in gold filigree settings.
And the stones were according to the names of the sons of Israel — they were twelve, according to their names, engravings of a signet, each one with its name, for the twelve tribes.
And they made on the breastplate chains of twisted work — cords of pure gold.
And they made two filigree settings of gold and two rings of gold, and set the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.
And they put the two cords of gold on the two rings at the ends of the breastplate.
And the two ends of the two cords they put on the two filigree settings and set them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, toward its front.
And they made two rings of gold and set them on the two ends of the breastplate, on its edge that is toward the side of the ephod inward.
And they made two rings of gold and set them on the two shoulder-pieces of the ephod, below, in its front, close to its joining, above the woven band of the ephod.
And they bound the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a cord of blue, so that it would be upon the waistband of the ephod, and that the breastpiece would not come loose from the ephod, as the LORD commanded Moses.
And he made the robe of the ephod, woven work, all of blue.
And the opening of the robe in the middle of it was like the opening of a coat of mail, a border around its opening, all around, so that it would not be torn.
And they made on the hems of the robe pomegranates of blue and purple and crimson, twisted.
And they made bells of pure gold and placed the bells within the pomegranates on the hems of the robe all around, within the pomegranates.
A bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, on the hems of the robe all around, for ministering, as the LORD commanded Moses.
And they made the tunics of fine linen, woven work, for Aaron and for his sons.
And the turban of fine linen, and the ornate headgear of fine linen, and the linen breeches of fine linen twisted,
and the sash of fine linen twisted, and blue and purple and crimson, embroidered work, as the LORD commanded Moses.
And they made the blossom of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote upon it an inscription, engravings of a signet: 'Holy to the LORD.'
And they put on it a cord of blue to place it upon the turban from above, as the LORD commanded Moses.
And all the work of the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, was finished. And the sons of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses — so they did.
And they brought the tabernacle to Moses: the tent and all its vessels, its clasps, its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its sockets,
and the covering of rams' skins dyed red, and the covering of fine leather skins, and the screening curtain,
the ark of the testimony and its poles and the mercy seat,
the table, all its vessels, and the bread of the presence,
the pure lampstand, its lamps set in order, and all its vessels, and the oil for the light,
and the gold altar, and the anointing oil, and the fragrant incense, and the screen for the entrance of the tent,
the bronze altar and its bronze grate, its poles and all its vessels, the basin and its stand,
the hangings of the court, its pillars and its sockets, and the screen for the gate of the court, its cords and its pegs, and all the vessels of the service of the tabernacle, for the tent of meeting,
the woven garments for ministering in the holy place, the sacred garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons for serving as priests.
According to all that the LORD commanded Moses — so the sons of Israel did all the work.
And Moses saw all the work, and behold, they had done it — as the LORD commanded, so they had done — and Moses blessed them.
