Exodus 36

And Bezalel and Oholiab shall work, and every man wise of heart to whom the LORD has given wisdom and understanding to know how to do all the work of the service of the sanctuary — in accordance with all that the LORD has commanded.

And Moses called to Bezalel and to Oholiab and to every man wise of heart in whom the LORD had given wisdom in his heart — everyone whose heart lifted him to come near to the work to do it.

And they received from Moses all the contribution that the people of Israel had brought for the work of constructing the sanctuary, to make it; and they still kept bringing him freewill offerings morning after morning.

And all the skilled craftsmen who were doing every sort of work on the sanctuary came, each from the work he was doing,

and said to Moses, 'The people are bringing much more than enough for the service of the work that the LORD has commanded to be done.'

So Moses commanded, and a proclamation was made throughout the camp: 'Let neither man nor woman do any more work for the contribution of the sanctuary.' So the people were restrained from bringing,

for the material they had was sufficient to do all the work, and more.

And all the skilled workers among those doing the work made the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twisted linen and blue and purple and scarlet yarn, with cherubim skillfully worked; he made them.

The length of the one curtain was twenty-eight cubits, and the width four cubits — the one curtain, one measure for all the curtains.

And he joined five of the curtains one to another, and the other five curtains he joined one to another.

And he made loops of blue on the edge of the one curtain at the end of the joining; likewise he did on the edge of the outermost curtain of the second joining.

He made fifty loops on the one curtain, and fifty loops he made at the edge of the curtain that was in the second set; the loops corresponded to one another.

And he made fifty clasps of gold, and coupled the curtains one to another with the clasps; so the tabernacle was one.

He also made curtains of goats' hair for a tent over the tabernacle; eleven curtains he made them.

The length of each curtain was thirty cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits; the eleven curtains were all the same measure.

He coupled five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves.

And he made fifty loops on the edge of the outermost curtain of the first set, and fifty loops he made on the edge of the curtain of the second set.

And he made fifty clasps of bronze to join the tent together, that it might be one.

And he made a covering for the tent of rams' skins dyed red, and a covering of tachash skins above.

And he made the boards for the tabernacle of acacia wood, standing upright.

Ten cubits was the length of the board, and a cubit and a half the width of the one board.

Two tenons had the one board, joined one to another; so he did for all the boards of the tabernacle.

And he made the boards for the tabernacle: twenty boards for the south side, southward.

And he made forty silver sockets under the twenty boards, two sockets under the one board for its two tenons, and two sockets under the one board for its two tenons.

And for the second side of the tabernacle, for the north side, he made twenty frames.

and their forty sockets of silver: two sockets under one frame, and two sockets under another frame.

And for the rear of the tabernacle, westward, he made six frames.

And he made two frames for the corners of the tabernacle in the rear.

And they were double beneath, and together they were complete to its top at the one ring; so he made both of them at the two corners.

There were eight boards with their silver sockets, sixteen sockets, two sockets under each board.

And he made bars of acacia wood, five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle.

And five bars for the boards of the second side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the tabernacle for the rear toward the west.

And he made the middle bar to run through the midst of the boards from end to end.

And the boards he overlaid with gold, and their rings he made of gold, housings for the bars; and he overlaid the bars with gold.

And he made the veil of blue and purple and crimson of the worm and fine linen twisted — the work of a designer he made it, with cherubim.

And he made for it four pillars of acacia and overlaid them with gold, with gold hooks; and he cast for them four silver sockets.

And he made a screen for the entrance of the tent of blue and purple and scarlet yarn and fine twisted linen, the work of the embroiderer.

And its five pillars and their hooks — he overlaid their tops and their bands with gold, and their five sockets were of bronze.
