Exodus 27

¹And you shall make the altar of acacia wood: five cubits long and five cubits wide; the altar shall be square, and three cubits its height.

²You shall make its horns on its four corners; its horns shall be of one piece with it, and you shall overlay it with bronze.

³And you shall make its pots for removing the ashes, and its shovels, its basins, its forks, and its firepans — all its utensils you shall make of bronze.

⁴And you shall make for it a grating of network work in bronze, and you shall make on the grating four rings of bronze at its four corners.

⁵You shall put it under the ledge of the altar so that the net extends halfway up the altar.

⁶And you shall make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and you shall overlay them with bronze.

⁷And the poles shall be inserted into the rings, and the poles shall be on the two sides of the altar when it is carried.

⁸You shall make it hollow, with boards; as it was shown to you on the mountain, so shall it be made.

⁹And you shall make the court of the tabernacle — for the south side there shall be hangings for the court of fine twisted linen, one hundred cubits long for the one side.

¹⁰with its twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of bronze, the hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver.

¹¹And likewise for the north side in length: hangings of a hundred cubits in length, with their pillars twenty and their sockets twenty of bronze, with hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver.

¹²And for the width of the court on the west side, hangings of fifty cubits, with their ten pillars and ten sockets.

¹³The width of the court on the east side, toward the sunrise, shall be fifty cubits.

¹⁴And fifteen cubits of hangings for the one shoulder of the gate, with their pillars three and their sockets three.

¹⁵And for the other side there shall be fifteen hangings, with their three pillars and three sockets.

¹⁶For the gate of the court there shall be a screen of twenty cubits of blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twisted linen, embroidered work; its pillars shall be four, with their sockets four.

¹⁷All the pillars of the court round about shall be banded with silver, their hooks of silver, and their sockets of bronze.

¹⁸The length of the court shall be one hundred cubits, and the width fifty by fifty, and the height five cubits, of fine twisted linen, and their sockets of bronze.

¹⁹All the utensils of the tabernacle for all its service, and all its pegs, and all the pegs of the court, shall be of bronze.

²⁰And you shall command the children of Israel that they bring to you pure beaten olive oil for the light, to keep a lamp burning regularly.

²¹In the tent of meeting, outside the veil that is over the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall arrange it from evening to morning before the LORD. It shall be a statute forever throughout their generations on behalf of the sons of Israel.
