Deuteronomy 23
No one wounded by crushing or cut off in the male organ shall enter the assembly of the LORD.
No one of forbidden birth shall enter the assembly of the LORD; even to the tenth generation, none of his descendants shall enter the assembly of the LORD.
No Ammonite or Moabite shall enter the assembly of the LORD; even to the tenth generation, none of them shall enter the assembly of the LORD forever.
because they did not meet you with bread and water on the way when you came out of Egypt, and because he hired against you Balaam son of Beor from Pethor of Aram-naharaim to curse you.
But the LORD your God was not willing to listen to Balaam; and the LORD your God turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the LORD your God loved you.
You shall not seek their peace or their prosperity all your days forever.
You shall not abhor an Edomite, for he is your brother; you shall not abhor an Egyptian, for you were a sojourner in his land.
Children who are born to them in the third generation may enter the assembly of the LORD.
When a camp goes out against your enemies, you shall keep yourself from every evil thing.
If there is among you any man who is not clean because of a nocturnal emission, he shall go out to the outside of the camp; he shall not come into the midst of the camp.
And at the turning of evening he shall wash with water, and when the sun sets he shall come into the midst of the camp.
And you shall have a designated place outside the camp, and you shall go out there to relieve yourself.
And you shall have a peg with your weapons, and when you sit down outside, you shall dig with it, and you shall turn back and cover your excrement.
For the LORD your God walks about in the midst of your camp to deliver you and to give over your enemies before you; therefore your camp shall be holy, so that he may not see among you the nakedness of a thing and turn away from behind you.
You shall not surrender a slave to his master, who has escaped to you from his master.
He shall dwell with you, in your midst, in the place that he chooses, in one of your towns, wherever it seems good to him; you shall not oppress him.
There shall not be a consecrated woman from the daughters of Israel, and there shall not be a consecrated man from the sons of Israel.
You shall not bring the fee of a prostitute or the wages of a dog into the house of the LORD your God for any vow, for both of them are an abomination to the LORD your God.
You shall not charge your brother interest — interest on money, interest on food, interest on anything that may be lent at interest.
To a foreigner you may charge interest, but to your brother you shall not charge interest, so that the LORD your God may bless you in all that you undertake in the land that you are entering to possess.
When you make a vow to the LORD your God, you shall not delay to fulfill it, for the LORD your God will surely require it of you, and it would be a sin in you.
But if you refrain from vowing, there shall be no sin in you.
What goes out from your lips you shall keep and perform, just as you have vowed to the LORD your God as a freewill offering that you have spoken with your mouth.
When you come into your neighbor's vineyard, you may eat grapes to your fill, as many as you desire; but you shall not put any in your vessel.
When you come into your neighbor's standing grain, you may pluck kernels with your hand, but you shall not wield a sickle over your neighbor's standing grain.
