Colossians 3
If then you were raised together with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.
Set your minds on the things above, not on the things on the earth.
For you died, and your life has been hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ, who is your life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with him in glory.
Put to death therefore your members that are on the earth: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
because of which things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience,
in which you also once walked, when you were living in them.
But now you yourselves also put off all these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and obscene speech out of your mouth.
Do not lie to one another, having stripped off the old man with his practices,
and having put on the new, which is being renewed into knowledge according to the image of the one who created it,
where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, slave, free, but Christ is all and in all.
Put on therefore, as God's elect, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience,
bearing with one another and forgiving each other, if anyone has a complaint against another; just as the Lord also has forgiven you, so also you.
And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to God.
And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
Husbands, love your wives and do not be embittered against them.
Children, obey your parents in all things; for this is pleasing in the Lord.
Fathers, do not provoke your children, so that they will not lose heart.
Slaves, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not with eye-service as men-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing the Lord.
And whatever you do, work from the soul, as to the Lord and not to men,
knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward that is the inheritance; for it is the Lord Christ you are serving.
For the one who does wrong will be repaid for what he did wrong, and there is no partiality.
